senna tea and sea salt

i talked to the lovely and talented saskia yesterday. she is leaving for costa rica in just *4* days and we thought we should touch base before we have to pay per minute. justin was making ribs on the bbq. i hope we can do that in cr... that man treats meat right! (can you tell i have not eaten since monday? couldnt last 3 lines without talking about food.) i simply cannot wait to be in warm climes with two pretty girls. and dave and justin. although i wonder what theyre going to do down there, haha.
so this is day three of the cleanse... it isn't so hard to not eat, really. not as i hard as i originally thought. of course, i am constantly thinking about food, and trying to figure out what my first meal will be, what my second meal will be... but really, i'm enjoying it. my sense of smell is crazy good... and i know food is gonna taste sooooo good when i get to eat for real again. the only gross thing is the lax tea and salt water flush. i don't know how i'm going to gag that down. you're supposed to do it every morning of the cleanse, but i don't see why that's necessary. i'll do it three or four times... but really, the senna tea is plenty for this girl. ok, sorry, tmi. let you know how tomorrow goes...
